Our Team
-
Megan Stroup, LCSW - Executive Director
As the founder and executive director of Mackee Counseling, I’m passionate about supporting people who carry a lot—especially entrepreneurs, business owners, and moms. I know firsthand how heavy it can feel to lead others while managing the expectations of work, family, and your own internal standards.
I specialize in helping high-capacity women untangle the stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt that often comes with doing “all the things.” In therapy, I offer a space that’s grounding, honest, and encouraging—so you can reconnect with yourself, clarify what matters, and move forward with more confidence and ease.
In addition to leading Mackee Counseling, I enjoy developing leaders within my practice and creating a supportive team culture grounded in authenticity, growth, and heart. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the sidelines of my children’s games or reading.
